Very cozy house. Nearby all the beaches and downtown. Very responsive host that had great recommendations. Lots of clothing and grocery stores nearby. The house was very clean and was a great experience to stay at. 10/10 ⭐️

Great option to stay in St Pete! Angela was really helpful with tips of what to do and responsive to my questions. Close distance to anywhere in St Pete and airport.

Excellent and clean accommodations. The only negative critique I would give is that in the master bedroom, it is very bright and sunny in the morning so you will be waking up along with the sunrise everyday but that's a simple remedy. Extremely responsive and friendly hosts!

Although we were there for a short time, the location was close to where we needed to be and would love to come back sometime in the future to enjoy the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a small issue with the bathroom, but it was resolved quickly. Angela was extremely responsive, and we truly appreciated her as a host.

Place was beautiful, it matched the photos and it was clean. Gregory (host) was very responsive and helpful when I asked him questions. He went above and beyond to get something for his guests if needed or requested.

Greg’s place was perfect for our weekend trip. The beds and couches were cozy and we had plenty of space.
Greg was also responsive on my questions before booking the unit to ensure there were no steps getting into the house and a downstairs bedroom for my elderly grandma.

The place was clean and the host was very responsive when we had questions. Check in was very simple and the place looked just like the pictures. It was a close walk to the beach and other activities including many restaurants. We only stayed for a weekend and wish we could’ve stayed longer.

This stay was great and definitely will be coming back soon. The walk to the beach was directly across the street within 2 to 3 minutes. The environment was quiet and very peaceful also the apartment was up to date and very home feel and cozy...only issue was the keypad on door lock didnt work but I contacted Gregory and with a few minutes he called and we got the issue taken care of.

Had a great time. The place was clean easy to find and convenient parking. The beach was a very short walk away. If you planning on staying in north Myrtle I would recommend it
